Why to use: Ensure each unit is clean and ready for final review.
How to use: Project Manager coordinates with RUSH personnel, or other approved cleaning technicians, when the turnover schedule is generated. Once a cleaning technician is selected, the following steps are taken to get the actual cleaning completed.
The following steps get completed by the cleaning technician:
Step 1: Check task specifics on Work Order
Step 2: Check supplies
Step 3: Confirm the Printed Work Order Detail (WODC) is on site (or has been received by email
Step 4: Take before photos
Step 5: Complete the work
Step 6: Take After Photos
Step 7: Turn in documentation to RepairPro
NOTE: The RP doing the WR will have to take cleaning caddy and other materials back to the shop before Final Inspection.

General Description
The position of Cleaning Technician is to perform work involving the skills of heavy duty cleaning of households and commercial buildings. This is done by following thorough work order instructions, assessing the job on site and executing the work order involving the skills of the Cleaning Technician.

The language skills required to perform this job is to have the ability to read and interpret work orders in order to accurately complete the cleaning work assigned. One must have the ability to speak effectively before management, peers and clients.
Mathematical Skills
The mathematical skills necessary for essential duties of this job is the ability to calculate figures and amounts.
Reasoning Ability
To have the ability to solve cleaning request, and being able to interpret and communicate a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or scheduled form.
