Public Uniform (for use when out in public, tenants, owners, etc)- Field Tech and Maintenance Tech
Please use your best judgement. The goal is to present a professional and uniform look and appearance when meeting, or prospecting for with owners, clients, tenants etc.
Please note: any time you are going to be at a property that is occupied, you must have an article of clothing (shirt, hat) identifying as RepairPro and you must also wear your nametag. No exceptions. If you do not have shirts or a nametag, please let your supervisor know so we can get them ordered for you. Also, if it is noticed that you are out of code regarding uniform, you will be sent home to change.

RepairPro Name TAG (always required if entering occupied homes)
Pant or shorts (when premitted)
Close-toed shoes (no sandals, flip flops)
General Requirement
Shorts permitted when outside temp is over 90 degrees
Shorts shall be plain, cargo, no swimwear etc.
Shorts need to be dark color with no rips, tears or over embellishments
Appropriate colors:
Black
Dark blue
Khaki, clean
Dark green
Gray
Shorts can not be: plaid, camo
No open-toed shoes (no sandals, flip flops)
Proper shoes must be worn for duties assigned. Shoes must be tied and shoe covers are to be used in all homes.
Uniforms need to be neat, unwrinkled, clean and well-maintained.
No torn, frayed and dirty clothing.
No logos, words, pictures are allowed on clothing.
Only RepairPro hats are allowed. If hat is unavailable, only plain black hats are allowed. No pictures or logos are allowed on hats.
Clothing needs to be appropriately fitted
No baggy pants
Excessively tight shirts
No swim wear is allowed
Personal Appearance
All employees are expected to look presentable, have proper hygiene (i.e. not exhibiting offensive nor noxious odors) and grooming standards. Hair must be neat, clean and combed.
Hair length will in no case interfere with work assignments or create a hazard.
Use of perfume, cologne and other scented products should not be used.
Potentially offensive tattoos need to be covered
Underwear should not be visible in any way
Do not wear your RepairPro logo uniform outside of work hours. Do not wear your RepairPro logo uniform if at a bar, establishment that sells tobacco or alcohol. If an employee is seen wearing their uniform outside of work, they will be written up immediately.
