1) Check what is available online currently, either through notifications or just weekly browsing
2) If item(s) meet the proper criteria, contact seller(s). This may require email, text, and phone call correspondence.
3) Set up a meeting with the seller.
We will meet the seller during normal business hours
Confirm with maintenance supervisor that someone is available to meet the seller. Ideally, a maintenance tech goes out to do this (instead of field tech) as maintenance team has better idea of appliance condition
The maintenance supervisor would have to approve meeting a seller at a time outside of normal business hours
Create task in SF using the Appliance Purchase template
4) Arrange cash for purchase.
5) RepairPro tech meets with the seller.
If purchased, record the transaction in Service Fusion as an expense, if putting in to inventory, no need to click billable.
If purchased, have the RP take photos of the appliance
Overall photos of appliance, as well as make/model stickers
Add appliance to SF inventory
