Only items indicated in the task should be hauled away. Refer to photos in task for visual confirmation.
If in doubt, request verification.
Allowed outdoor items are: furniture designated as outdoor furniture (i.e. patio tables, patio chairs, outdoor umbrellas, etc) These items are fine and can stay.
Restricted outdoor items: Office chairs, desks, coffee tables, couches, recliners, charcoal bbqs, etc
If a tenant confronts you, please advise them that the item they want to keep needs to be moved inside and if they have further questions, to please contact their leasing office.
For any item being hauled during a turnover/vacancy, make sure there is a line item indicating the exact item
If there is not a line item, contact your supervisor for confirmation and request a line item be added to your task
When in doubt, skip the item for the time being until you can get proper confirmation. This can take a couple days as the issue may need to be escalated.
