Outside Landscaping Billing

Each month we need to bill the outside (of Locale or IPM) properties for monthly billing.

This is only a job that will be invoiced each month. RepairPro will create their own job to assign out to a tech.

When you receive a new address for landscaping work you will need to input a new customer and a new recurring job:

1) Create a new customer

- On ServiceFusion> Customers> Create New

- Input Customer Name

- Parent Account will be Landscaping Only Properties

- Primary Contact info will be the customer name and their phone number and email, if available

- Stored Service Location will be the address where the landscaping will be occurring>Primary Location, YES, billing address, NO

- Save

2) Create a new job

- Use the customer you just created.

- Step 13, you will need to check the box that this is a recurring job. Make the first job land on the

first of the month (Jan 1, Feb 1) This will set it up so that future jobs now pop up on the 1st of

the 1st of each month.

- Leave the Assigned To Blank

- Set it as Completed

- You will want to set up the first invoice at the landscaping rate

- Add a Product & Services> Landscaping (Outside Jobs)

- Qty will always stay at 1, input the rate that the contract was signed for ($125, $500, etc).

- This will update the job to have a total due which should be the rate the contract was signed for

- Save Job

3) Set up Recurring Payment

- On this job that you just created, go the payment tab on the Job Info section

- Payment Method: Credit Card

- New: Input credit card info and billing info

- Save Job

4) Invoicing- When you are ready to bill the landscaping each month, click the invoice button. It will auto create a invoice.

5) Paying Invoice

- Click on the invoice to be taken the invoice

- Receive payment

- Payment Method: Credit Card> Existing> Credit Card #: Choose Card from Drop Down Menu- It should pop up with the saved credit that was put in with the first job set up for this property.

-Submit payment transaction

Each month now a recurring job will be created and automatically completed, you will need to go in on the first of the month and run payment.
