Log into Service Fusion
Go to My Office > Workforce Management
Upper right hand corner, ADD NEW (green button)
First tab is personal info, fill in First and Last name.
For name to display on work orders, only put their first name
Fill in driver's license number that should be submitted with the new employee paperwork
Click Next
Contact tab
Input email address (first.last@repairprochico.com)
Input phone number
Click Next
Employment
Fill in job title
Manager/Supervisor: RepairPro Services
Click Next
Access
Apply Standard RepairPro Team Member template
If unsure, check with Maintenance Supervisor on what access is needed per employee
Click Next
Payroll
Fill in the regular rate (from job offer)
Calculate Overtime Based on: California Overtime Rules
Based on 8 hours a day
Based on 40 hours a week
Fill in overtime 1 starts after 8 hours and overtime rate is 1.5x regular rate.
Click Next
Schedule
Nothing to fill in, click Next
Documents
Nothing to fill in, click Next
Other
Nothing to fill, click SAVE
Follow these instruction from your computer.
You can only add a calendar using a link if the other person's calendar is public.
On your computer, open Google Calendar.
On the left, above "My Calendars," click Add From URL.
Enter the calendar's address in the field provided. The address needs to be an ICAL link.
Click Add Calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under "Other calendars."
Note: It might take up to 12 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.
Log into Service Fusion
Go to My Office > Workforce Management

Fill in job title as: Vendor

Nothing to fill in, click Next
Documents
Nothing to fill in, click Next
Other
Nothing to fill, click SAVE
The vendor will get an email about their account, but they can disregard unless they actually want to use service fusion (which would be great! they could upload their invoices etc). But for most vendors they can ignore.
