• New employees should not be going into occupied homes alone during the first 2 weeks of employment
• Once their RepairPro shirts and badge and have final Supervisor approval can they be assigned to occupied home tasks.
• If needed, order company credit for employee. (ask Parker)

First Day

• Print off Onboard checklist and New Employee Forms (email to Ryan@vaught.in after it's 100% complete)
• Create and Have Maintenance Manual ready and hand over review
  • Make copies if needed
  • Answer any questions, go over maintenance process
• Complete Service Fusion Training and Setup with employee
  • How to log in
  • How to record expenses
  • How to track time
  • Statuses
• Collect New Employee Paperwork and ID
  • Direct deposit info required before paycheck can be issued
  • Make sure they understand the Repair Pro Code of Conduct
• Take head shot for employee badge
• Answer any questions
• Employee needs to take with the Time of Hire Pamphlet about Worker's Comp
• Have first assignment ready or supervisor ready to call

Onboard Tasks

Below are all tasks that the ADMIN needs to setup before the first day of the team member

1) Setup Email

1) Email Account:

• Google- Set up New User/Email
• Input the new employees First and Last Name
• The RepairPro email address to be assigned is first.last@repairprochico.com
• You will want to assign the password > first2014 (all lower case)
• Create to complete set up with email

2) Setup Service Fusion

• Setup Service Fusion
• Setup Calendar

3) Employee Setup

4) Zinspector Access

Set up Access in Zinspector (Some Maintenance/Field Positions Only)

All Maintenance will use the COMMON zinspector login, this is only nesscary if you are asked to set them up a separate one.

• Sign into ZInspector
• Go to Group (see top menu bar)
• Under the User Groups> Invite New Group Members
• Input the new team members RepairPro email (from step 1)
• Password will be name2014(all lower case)
• For maintenance/field team, change role to Read/Create
• Save Changes

5) Order Credit Card

If applicable, order the employee a credit card for business use.

• Log into Chase.com
• On the main page, go to see all accounts. This should pull up the pending and current charges. On the upper right hand side, there is a drop down menu (Things you can do). Choose under Account service > Add employee card
• You will then fill in their last name, first name and address (use 242 Broadway Ste. 12, Chico, CA 95928)
• You can leave their SSN empty.
• Click next, check that everything looks ok, click submit, close

The card will be added to the account within the next 24 hours. Once the card is added to the account, you can then set a spending limit.

• Log into Chase.com
• Under Account Activity, go to the correct employee cards
• This will pull up a page with their name, available to spend, spending limit, available for cash, etc.
• Choose Set Spending Limit
  • Set a maximum spending limit as requested by supervisor, if none us $500
• Next, double check amount and close
• IMPORTANT: Alert Michelle, the bookkeeper, to the new card added
• This card will not be given to the employee for 2 weeks, after a full training is complete on expense logging
