1) Pull up denied/rejected estimate in Service Fusion.
2) In the Notes section, enter reason for rejection/denial of estimate.
3) Click the edit button at the top of the page and change the status of the estimate to Lost.
4) Click the email button at the top of the page. In the "To" section, add AJ's email along with the customer's email, aj.fagan@repairprochico.com, in the template drop down select Estimate Rejected - Customer, click the box on the right Attach As PDF, click the Send button.
