• Intro Letter (Attached)
• Business Cards
• Letterhead (RP Branded)
• Your Uniform (HAT, SHIRT, FLEET)

Action Steps for Prospects

1. Look Up Owner Mailing Address
   1. First Check out Our Database of Owner Information

      • If not in our database, look up in County Records.
      • Use Agent First to find property data in Butte County
      • Go to: https://www.myfirstam.com/Security/Login
        • You can also download the mobile APP
        • ASK FOR LOGIN CREDENTIALS
        • Enter address of property and submit request
      • The next page will show you a summary of your results. Make sure the address is correct.
      • Enter in the house number, street name, and city
      • Click on search
      • Click Profile Cover Sheet
        • This page lists all the details of the property
        • You will want to take note of the property owner name (Primary Owner) and the Mail Address
   • Do not use the SITE address, this is the property address, and the owner most likely doesn't live there!
   • Make sure no properties are properties that are currently owned by Hignell or Sheraton or Hill Properties check by phone number and mailing address
